I am so excited...There WILL be an X-files movie this summer. The trailer seemed to come right out of the blue. This was my favorite show through high school and college (yes, I know I am a dork). Leesburg Today reports (story is not yet online) the stall of the recent transportation session and describes the Senate's plan to increase gas tax over six years. Senator Herring (D-33) attempted to sell the increase: "Virginia is among the lowest when it comes to gas tax rates.
